Membership Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who have the capacity to form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to these Terms of Service. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors (under 18 years of age).

TargetedSiteAds.com in their absolute discretion reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership of any member. In consideration of TargetedSiteAds.com agreeing to the member’s use of the Site, the member agrees to comply with these Terms of Service.

Advertisers will be required to have a fully functional website before promoting the website through TargetedSiteAds.com. All links are required to be paid in full prior to the link being posted on the relevant website. Advertiser signup fees are non-refundable if the account is cancelled or unused. 

Any accounts listing websites that contain hate or facilitating illegal actions are not allowed to participate in TargetedSiteAds.com

Listing and Payments

Advertiser listings will comprise only text and html.  No images or other programming languages are allowed.  Each advertisement will become active only after it is approved by TargetedSiteAds.com.

Partner listings can include an infinite number of website listings which will be a fully functional website with no unfinished areas.  Website listings cannot contain harmful, hateful or illegal material and will only become active after it is approved by TargetedSiteAds.com.

Fraud. Without limiting any other remedies, TargetedSiteAds.com may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.

Your Information

"Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to TargetedSiteAds.com or other users during registration, in any public message area, through feedback or any e-mail or form features

Your Information and conduct (or any items listed therein) shall not:

• be false, inaccurate or misleading
• be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items
